Detailed Travel Plan:

Day 01: Arrival at Delhi International Airport

Upon arrival in New Delhi, you will meet our company representative at the International Airport.

Private Assistance with our company representative:- Please do look for him as soon as you are done with collecting your luggage. Walk towards the exit gate in the arrival terminal (we request you not to leave the terminal building until the representative contacts you.) Assistance and transfer by car to the hotel where room is reserved for immediate check-in.

Delhi: - It has served as capital to several empires of ancient and medieval times. The city of Delhi was erected on the banks of the Yamuna River. The history of Delhi is as old as 3000 years. It is held that Indraprastha was the old Capital of Delhi and was established by the Pandavas in the times of the Mahabharata 1500 B.C. and was situated adjacent to the Old Fort. Today the city is much known for its charm of Old and New which is quite conspicuous in its two parts Old Delhi and New Delhi, the latter was mainly developed by the British.

Day 02: Delhi Ajmer Pushkar
By Train: Ajmer Shatabadi 2015, Dep: 06:05, Arr: 13:00
By Surface: 18 kms, 10 minutes.

After breakfast at Hotel, you will be transferred to the Railway Station to catch the Train to Ajmer. Upon arrival in Ajmer, you will be driven to Pushkar. Reach Pushkar; there you will be received by our company representative. He will transfer you to the Hotel where room is reserved for check-in.

In the afternoon, you will visit the site of the Pushkar Fair.

Pushkar Fair:- It is Rajasthans most famous fair. The fair marks the presence of camel traders, pilgrims, visitors and those who are here simply to participate in one of the seasons most colorful social events. Apart from the tented camps, you will encounter hundreds of shops that sell everything including handicrafts, spices, foodstuff and jewellery. You can also participate in the activities specially arranged for the visitors. But, it is much better to stay in the fair grounds to watch the fascinating Rajasthani village metamorphosing before the eyes.

Day 03: Pushkar Fair

After breakfast at Hotel, you will be taken to explore the Pushkar Fair.

Camel Safari in Pushkar:- Enjoy the adventure of a Camel Safari, which takes you through the golden sands of the vast Thar Desert (Near Pushkar)- primeval, savage and lonely. You will move through sandy stretch of the landscape by remote villages. The "Aravalli Range" here is one of the world's oldest, and flaunts sandy expanse, tiny dunes, charming hills and adorable sunrises and sunsets.

Camel races are the first event. Usually a lumbering beast of burden, the camel all covered in finery, appears to be an ostrich, and rushes through the race like one. Then, you will witness the event quite similar to musical chairs. Here, as the music stops, the camel is supposed to manage to stick its long arching neck between two poles, each camel owner guiding its entrant by means of a silken cord attached to its nose ring.

Day 03: Visiting Pinks city Magic (Jaipur)

After breakfast, you will pay a visit to Amber Fort. The Amber Fort, set in picturesque and rugged hills, is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. The fort is made in red sand stone and white marble. Enjoy Elephant Safari here. In afternoon, you will be taken to City palace. The charming palace is perched in the center of the fortified city. Then visit the famous Jantar Mantar (the observatory) and Hawa Mahal.

Day 04: Pushkar Jaipur

After breakfast, you will resume your drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival, you will meet our company representative at the hotel. He will assist in check-in and provide you with the schedule for sightseeing.

Jaipur:- The origins of the beautiful city of Jaipur dates back to the 18th century, the time when Jai Singh II had ascended the Amber throne in the year 1699. Jaipur today, epitomizes the spirit of Rajputana. In-spite of growing into a bustling metropolis, it still retains its character and history - A beautiful fusion of the yesteryears and modernity. Jaipur is referred to as the Pink City because of the extensive use of the locally abundant pink plastered stone, painted so in honor of the visit of the royal consort of Queen Victoria. Jaipur is popular with tourists for its majestic forts, royal palaces, splendid temples and lush gardens.

Day 05: Jaipur

After breakfast, you will go to Amber Fort. The Amber Fort nestled in picture-perfect and craggy hills offers you a look into the mesmerizing combination of Hindu and Mughal architecture. The fort is built with red sand stone and white marble. Have a lovely Elephant Safari here. In afternoon, you will be visiting City palace which is situated in the center of the fortified city. Then, visit famous wonderful Jantar Mantar (the observatory) and Hawa Mahal.

Day 06: Jaipur Ranthambhore
By Surface: 180 kms, 3 hrs.

After breakfast at Hotel, you will drive to Ranthambhore. On arrival in Ranthambhore, you will meet our company representative at the hotel. He will assist you in check-in and take you on the Evening Safari.

Ranthambhore National Park:- Ranthambore is a national park and tiger reserve in Rajasthan, the western state of India. It is located in Sawai Madhopur district of south-eastern Rajasthan, about 130 km from Jaipur, which is also the nearest airport. The closest town and railway station is located at Sawai Madhopur, which is 11 kilometers away. The park lies at the edge of a plateau, and is bounded to the north by the Banas River and to the south by the Chambal River. The park abounds in many lakes. It is named for the historic Ranthambore fortress, which lies within the national park. The park extends over 392 km land area, and is talked about for its tiger population. It is one of India's Project Tiger reserves too. The other wildlife species that you can see here are leopard, dhole, wild pig, sambar, chital and the gaur.

In the evening proceed for the evening Safari.

Day 08: Ranthambhore Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

After breakfast at the hotel, you will immediately be transferred to Agra by road. It will take 5 hours to reach. On the way, you will stop at Fatehpur-sikri.

Fatehpur Sikri: The deserted sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar as his capital and palace in the late sixteenth century is a feast for eyes. It undoubtedly a fairytale city and its ruins are in pristine conditions. From a visit to this city, you can very well acquire an idea about its rich court life.

On arrival in Agra, you will meet our company representative at the hotel. He will assist you in check-in and provide you with the schedule for sightseeing.

You will proceed for the sightseeing of Agra city visiting its first attraction Agra Fort, which is given a status of the UNESCO World Heritage site. We also recommend a visit to Emperor Akbars mausoleum in Sikandra. Itmadullah's Tomb known as the Baby Taj Mahal and built between 1622 and 1626 Ad by Nur Jahan the wife of Jahangir in memory of her father Ghias-ud-Din-Beg. From Itmadullahs Tomb a wonderful view of the River and the public laundry can be enjoyed which is very interesting.

If you have more time in Agra, we can also take you to see the real Agra its bylanes and bazaars, where under the shadow of the Jama Masjid, there are Hindu temples and donkey-carts and little shops selling everything under the sun. If you visit the bazaars, dont miss to sample the famous Agra Petha. It is a pumpkin dessert made with sugar syrup and rose water. (Its up to your wish).

Day 09: Agra - Varanasi

After breakfast at the hotel, you will go for the sightseeing city tour of Agra. You will visit The Taj Mahal. The view of this attraction is best enjoyed at dawn, when the first rays of the sun light up the marble beautifully. However, a visit at dawn time will also spare you from heat and the crowds. After that, our company representative will transfer you to Railway Station to board the Overnight train to Varanasi from Agra.

Day 10: Varanasi

Reach at Varanasi. Our company representative will meet you and transfer you to the Hotel where a room has been reserved for you.

Varanasi is one of the ancient living cities in the world. It is believed to be founded 3000 years ago and is counted among the seven holiest cities of Hindus. It was a flourishing trading centre 500 BC when the Buddha came to Sarnath to preach his first sermon. It was a city of great wealth and religious importance when the Chinese traveller, Hiuen Tsang, visited it in the seventh century. You will pay visits to the Vishwanath Golden Temple, the abode of great God Shiva, Durga Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir and Banaras Hindu University.

In the afternoon, you will pay a visit to Sarnath. It is 7 kilometers from the city where Buddha preached his first sermon more than 2500 years ago.

Day 11: Varanasi

Early morning boat cruise on river Ganges. It will be a pleasant sight to see thousands of pilgrims gathering on the water's edge. Some will be seen bathing; some can be spotted worshipping and yet some people can be noticed meditating. On stone platforms under palm leaf umbrellas, you will also get a view of the Pandas-Brahmin priests performing rites and rituals. The boat trip will cover various ghats including the cremation sites. All the sacred Hindus believe that to die in Kashi (Varanasi) and to be cremated on the banks of the Ganges mean attaining release from the cycle of birth and death.

Day 12: Varanasi Delhi

Day 13: Delhi - Kathmandu

After breakfast, our company representative will transfer you to the Airport to board the flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be received by our company representative. He will assist you in check-in at the Hotel. He will also furnish you with the schedule for sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City.

Kathamandu:- Visit the Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev and Parvati Temple, Machhender Bahl-holy place for the Buddhists and Hindus, Temple House of Kumari, the vestal virgin or the living goddess. Walk around the local bazaars.

Also visit Swayambunath. The site is as old as 2500 years. It is believed that the Radiant Lotus of the valley, according to mythology, settled when the water was drained by Manjushri, the god of Wisdom. The 5 dhyani Buddha's attended by their consorts are enshrined at the base of the stupa. (Non-Hindus are not allowed inside Swayambhunath temple).

Day 14: Kathmandu

After breakfast at Hotel, you will venture out for a morning visit to Patan.

In Patan, you will see the old Newar City, the historic Durbar Square, the Golden Gate, the sky piercing temple of Teleju and the statue of Yogendra Malla, other temples, old carved windows and balconies of wood, curio shops and bazaars.

Afternoon excursion to Bhadgaon, Bodhnath and Pashupatinath. Bhadgaon is another Newar city established in the 9th century. Here, you will be visiting the ancient Gateway, Durbar Square the Royal Residential quarter of Bhupatindra Malla, the noted five-storeyed temple of Nyatapola in pagoda style and other temples.

Later, visit Bodhnath. It is a 2500-year old Buddhist Stupa. The site is popular with Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet. You will also visit Pashupatinath temple where Shiva is worshipped in the form of lingam. (Only Hindus are allowed inside).

Day 15: Kathmandu Nagarkot
By Surface: 30 kms, 20 minutes.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Nagarkot. On the way, you will stop at Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is one of the three major towns of the Kathmandu Valley. In Sanskrit, Bhaktapur means "the city of devotees". It is also known as Bhadgaon. Then, resume your drive to Nagarkot. Our company representative will receive you and transfer you to the Hotel where a room is reserved for you. He will give you the sightseeing schedule.

Nagarkot:- The palace complex situated in the heart of the city reflects the prosperity of the Malla years and the details at which the craftsmen then worked. The palace with 55 windows stands in the square. It served as a retreat to many kings of Bhaktapur. It is perhaps the most popular of the three Newar towns of the Kathmandu Valley.

Day 16: Nagarkot - Kathmandu

In the morning, you will see the mesmerizing sunrise at Nagarkot. It is small village seat located at an elevation of 7500 Ft and offers you the scintillating views of Dhaulagiri in the west, Kanchenjunga in the east. On a fine day one can even see the tip of the Everest from here.

You will set out for Kathmandu. After you reach, our company representative will receive you and transfer you to the Hotel where a room has been reserved for you.

Day 17: Kathmandu Delhi Home

After breakfast at Hotel, our company representative will take you to the Airport to board a flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, late in the evening, you will proceed for the FAREWELL DINNER.
