Detailed Travel Plan
Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival, you will be received by our company representative at the international airport in Delhi late in the evening. You will be transferred to your hotel. Just relax for rest of the day.
Delhi:- once the capital of kingdoms and empires, Delhi has now evolved into a sprawling metropolis. It allures travelers to its mesmerizing blend of the past and the present. It is a perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land. It can rightly be referred to as a window to the kaleidoscope - that is India.
You will stay overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast at Hotel, you will be taken for a full day city tour of Old and New Delhi.
Old Delhi:- A sightseeing city tour of Old Delhi includes visits to the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated; Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India and the Red Fort - once the most luxurious fort and palace of the Moghul Empire.
Take an exhilarating Cycle rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid to Chandni Chowk. New Delhi:- An enjoyable sightseeing city tour of New Delhi would include visits to the Qutub Minar, the Humayun's Tomb, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the impressive India Gate, the President's Residence, Parliament House and would conclude with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave.

Day 3: Delhi - Varanasi

After breakfast at Hotel, you will be transferred by our representative to the airport for the flight to Varanasi. On reaching Varanasi, you will be received and transferred to the Hotel. You will check-in at Hotel.
In the afternoon, you will leave for city sightseeing tour.
Varanasi:- it is one of the ancient living cities in the world. It is held that the city was founded about 3000 years ago. It is counted among the 7 holiest cities of Hindus. It was a flourishing trading centre 500 BC when the Buddha came to Sarnath to preach his first sermon. It was a city of great wealth and religious importance when the Chinese traveler, Hiuen Tsang, visited here in the seventh century. You will be visiting here Vishwanath Golden Temple which is dedicated to great Lord Shiva. Visits to Bharat Mata Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Durga Temple and Banaras Hindu University will also be organized.

Day 04: Varanasi - Khajuraho

Early morning, you will be taken on a boat cruise on river Ganges. You will discover thousands of pilgrims thronging the water's edge here for bathing, worshipping and meditating. It will be a delightful experience to see the Pandas-Brahmin priests presiding over the rites and rituals sitting on stone platforms under palm leaf umbrellas. The boat trip will cover various ghats including the cremation sites. Every pious Hindu believes that to die in Kashi (Varanasi) and to be cremated on the banks of the Ganges is to attain release from the cycle of birth and death.
After breakfast at Hotel, you will be transferred by our representative to the airport for the flight to Khajuraho city. On arrival in Khajuraho, you will be escorted to the Hotel and check-in at Hotel.
Khajuraho:- It was once the capital of Chandela and now has been transformed into a quiet town. The place is visited for the Khajuraho temples which were built during the Chandela period from 950 to 1050 AD. Almost intriguing as the sheet beauty and the size of the temples is the question of why and how they were built here as Khajuraho is isolated, 1000 years ago as it is even today. The temples are best recognised for their Indo-Aryan architecture and show images of gods and goddesses, musicians and warriors, real and mythological animals and in great detail - women and sex.
In the afternoon, you will be taken on a half day sightseeing tour of Khajuraho.

Day 05: Khajuraho - Orchha - Jhansi - Agra

After breakfast at Hotel, you will go for sightseeing tour of Khajuraho.
Khajuraho is celebrated for its rich history, architecture, culture and environment. It is a town that takes you away from the noise and pollution of the city, with its fresh air and scenic countryside. For your convenience, the temples of Khajuraho have been classified under Western, Eastern, and Southern groups. The Western Group, located opposite the Government of India Tourist Office, consists of 14 temples. The Chaunsath Yogini, Lalguan Mahadev, Parvati, Varaha, Matangesvara, Lakshmana, Vishvanath and Nandi, Chitragupta, Devi Jagdamba and Kandariya Mahadeo temples belong to this group. The Eastern Group, 2.4 kilometers away from the Tourist Office, houses seven temples (four Jain and three Hindu). The Parsvanath, Adinath, Shantinath, and Ghantai temples are the Jain temples while the Vamana, Javari and Brahma are Hindu temples. The Southern Group, located about 5 kilometers from Khajuraho, consists of the Chaturbhuj and Duladeo temples.
After lunch, our company representative will drive you to the railway station for the train to Jhansi. On the way, you will visit Orchha. On arrival in Jhansi, you will meet out another representative at the station and drive to Agra. Reach and check-in at Hotel.
Agra:- Two great Mughal monarchs, Akbar and Shah Jahan, transformed the little village of Agra into a befitting second capital of the Mughal Empire - giving it the name Dar-ul-Khilafat {seat of the Emperor}. Today a visitor to Agra is caught up in a world of contrasting edifices, of red sandstone and white marble, narrow galleys and quaint buggies. This city still retains that inescapable charm of the Mughals. It is found without any exception that the modern Agra still boasts of its Mughal heritage most conspicuously. A leisurely stroll down the narrow bustling streets of the city will acquaint you with the wafting aroma of Mughlai cuisine.

Day 06: Agra
Early in the morning, you will proceed for the sightseeing city tour of Agra.
Enjoy battery van ride to the Taj. Taj Mahal: - this architectural masterpiece has always been the sole raison-de-etre for every tourist who pay visit to Agra. Erected by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble beauty dedicated to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed, and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also known particularly for its attractive domes, elaborate carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen. Agra Fort: - The fort was constructed by the popular Mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. The fort predominantly flaunts a red sandstone structure. Ensconced inside this fort is the glorious Pearl Mosque, which is a major tourist attraction.
You will also be visiting Itmadullahs Tomb erected by Empress NOOR JEHAN in memory of her father (The interiors of which are considered better than the Taj).

Day 07: Agra - Fatehpur-sikri - Jaipur

After breakfast at Hotel, you will be driven to charming Pink city of Jaipur. On the way, you will visit Fatehpur-Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri: - The deserted, red Sandstone City, Emperor Akbar built that as his capital and palace in the late 16th century is an exhilarating experience. It is a real fairytale city and its "ruins" are in pristine condition. You will also see the Bulund Darwaza, which is the biggest gateway in the world.
In the afternoon, on arrival, you will meet our representative. He will help you check-in at the Hotel.
Jaipur: - The beautiful city of Jaipur was founded in the eighteenth century, during the reign of Jai Singh II who ascended the Amber throne in 1699. Jaipur today, epitomizes the spirit of Rajputana. In-spite of growing into a bustling metropolis, it still retains its character and history - A beautiful fusion of the yesteryears and modernity. Extensive use of the locally abundant pink plastered stone, which was so painted in honor of the royal consort of Queen Victoria, has earned it a sobriquet of Pink City. Jaipur entices its onlookers to its majestic forts, royal palaces, exquisite temples and verdant gardens.
In the evening, you will be able to explore the bustling and colorful Jaipur markets. You will return to the Hotel.

Day 08: Jaipur
Have your breakfast at Hotel.
You will be taken on an excursion to Amber Fort situated in the outskirts of Jaipur. Have an enjoyable Elephant ride ascent to the fort.
Amber Fort Palace: - Amber is an elegant and romantic Rajasthan fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles finds its ultimate expression.
You will leave for an exciting sightseeing tour of the city.
City Palace: - the palace is well known for its enthralling blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architectural patterns. The City Palace covers one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It has Shri Govind Dev Temple, Chandra Mahal and the City Palace Museum.
Jantar Mantar: - This is the biggest and the best conserved of the five observatories that were constructed by Jai Singh II in distinct parts of the country. This observatory has a range of outsized astronomical instruments and is still in use.
Hawa Mahal: - Also referred to as the "Palace of Winds", the beautiful facade of this palace is considered as the prominent landmark in Jaipur. The five-storey structures made of sandstone that is plastered pink and beset with rich trelliswork and elaborate balconies look absolutely captivating. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.
You will be visiting a rug factory to see the ladies at the intricate work or a gem factory to explore the gem cutting and polishing process.

Day 09: Jaipur Mandawa

After breakfast at Hotel, you will leave for Mandawa by road. On arrival in Mandawa, you will meet our representative and check-in at Hotel. You will set out for an exciting sightseeing tour of Mandawa city.
Mandawa: The medieval Fort of Mandawa that emerges on the horizon like a mirage offers you a fascinating view of the town from its terrace. The castle museum is rich with the collection of arms with jade handles and traditional ceremonial costumes. You can check the Chokhani, Saraf, Goenka and Ladia havelis in this town. The castle was built in 1775 by Thakur Nawal Singh, descendant of Rao Shekhaji, who also founded the city of Nawalgarh. The Castle, with 51 rooms has now been transformed into a beautiful hotel which has no two rooms alike. It also houses an interesting collection of paintings, jade, costumes and antiques. The courtyard and the terrace come to live during evenings with candle-lit dinners and fire-dances during the season. It is a 240 years old fortress converted by the family into a fine example of traditional hospitality.

Day 10: Mandawa - Bikaner

Bikaner:- This is a royal fortified city marked by timeless appeal. Sitting in the north of the Desert State, the city is punctuated with many sand dunes. Bikaner flaunts a charming medieval splendor that has permeated well through the citys lifestyle.
It is also famed as the camel country. The city is specially known for the best riding camels in the world. The desert is an inseparable part of life here. Be it pulling heavy carts, transporting grains or working on wells, camels are the prime helpers. The wells of Bikaner - an important source of water are other attractions of the city. These are erected on high plinths with slim minaret towers on either Four Corners and can be spotted even from a distance.
You will move on for sightseeing tour of Bikaner.
Rao Bikaji, a descendant of Jodhaji - the founder of Jodhpur, founded this desert town in the North of the state in 1488. You will be visiting Junagarh Fort here which was built between 1588 and 1593 by Raja Jai Singh, a general in the Moghul Emperor Akbar's army. Do consider a visit to the camel-breeding farm the only one in Asia. You will also be taken to the sacred KARNI MATA TEMPLE.

Day 11: Bikaner Jaisalmer

After breakfast, you will be taken on a full day sightseeing tour of The Golden City - Jaisalmer. It is found in the center of the Great Indian Desert. The temple, fort and palaces of this city are made of yellow stone. The city displays a collection of rich carved buildings, facades and large balconies. You will be taken to the JAISALMER FORT. It is the oldest living Fort in the world. (This is the highlight of the tour).

Day 12: Jaisalmer
After breakfast, you will leave for sightseeing city tour.
Afternoon is free to relax. Enjoy hotel facilities and local markets.
Visit the popular attractions like the Patwon-Ki-Havelies, Salim-Singh-Ki-Haveli and Gandhi Sagar Tank. Also take in the elegant Barabagh Hill.
In the afternoon, you will proceed to the SAM SAND DUNES to explore the typical Rajasthani Desert Village. Bask in the stunning sunset from the dunes, as the sky is set on fire. Come back to the village for dinner and enjoy the traditional Rajasthani tunes played by the musicians here.

Day 13: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur![]()

After breakfast at Hotel, you will be driven to Jodhpur. On arrival in Jodhpur, our company representative will receive you and help you check-in at Hotel. Leave for sightseeing city tour of Jodhpur.
Jodhpur On the fringes of the Thar Desert, the majestic city of Jodhpur echoes tales of antiquity in the emptiness of the desert. Having served as the capital of the Marwar state, Jodhpur was founded in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha-chief of the Rathore clan of Rajputs who claimed to be descendants of Rama - the epic hero of the Ramayana. The stupendous 15th century AD Mehrangarh Fort towering large on top of a rocky hill is located 125 meters above the plains. The city is enclosed by a high wall approximately 10 kilometers long with 8 gates and several bastions.
On an afternoon sightseeing tour of Jodhpur, also known as the gateway to the desert beyond and a home of the Rathores of Marwar, you will be visiting the Mehrangarh Fort. The fort rises up a hilly scarp and is believed to have been built on the advice of a hermit. Inside the Fort are a number of palaces added by successive rulers. In this palace you would see different miniature paintings & cradle room. After this, you would visit Jaswant Thada Memorial.
Relax in the hotel and visit the museum of UMAID BHAWAN PALACE.

Day 14: Jodhpur Ranakpur - Udaipur

After breakfast at Hotel, you will be driven to Udaipur. On the way, you will come across Ranakpur. On arrival in Udaipur, you will meet our company representative. He will help you check-in at Hotel.
Udaipur:- The Sisodia dynasty of Mewar, founded in the 6th century, was highly respected for its fierce pride and the passion with which its kings safeguarded their independence and racial purity. The Sisodia dynasty of Mewar is perhaps reckoned as the oldest in the world. The origin of the dynasty can be traced back to 76 generations. Bappa Rawal, the first of the great Sisodia kings ascended the throne in AD 734 and shifted his capital to the hilltop fortress of Chittorgarh. The strategic fort of Chittorgarh was to remain the capital of the Sisodias for the next 800 years.
Afternoon will be free for relaxation. You can either pay a visit to the local markets or simply pamper yourself with hotel facilities.

Day 15: Udaipur
After breakfast, you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. You will stop first at City Palace. Here you will come across the rooms that show off mirrored walls and ivory doors. The painted glass windows, inlaid marble balconies and the Peacock Courtyard are the other highlights of this palace.
You will also see the attractive Sahelion-ki-Bari Gardens, the Jagdish Temple and the local folk Museum. Proceed for Evening Motor launch cruise on the placid waters of Lake Pickhola. From this boat, you will be able to view the city of Udaipur as it rises majestically above the lake in the middle of the Rajasthan desert. Do check the Jag Mandir Palace. It another island palace located in the center of the lake. Spend some time at the Jag Mandir Palace.

Day 16: Udaipur Delhi Home
